Location: West
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting of networking issues (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch, etc)
- Provide administration for Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Office 365, Mobile Active sync)
- Printer/MFP, Copier, Barcode printer setup and support
- Hardware/Software inventory documentation
- Testing, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing internal system
- Administration of backup, restoration, and support disaster recovery as required
- Oversee facility operations and management which include facility operation cost and budget as well as monitoring and reporting of facility utilization
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in infra operations (Windows/ Linux administration/ storage/ VM) is a plus
- Good communication skills and personality
