$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Handle of all IT projects in the company.
- Work closely with respective departments on project requirements including Tenders preparation and presentation to prospective customers.
- Provide Post-sales support
- System backup and recovery
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problem associate with network connectivity, and workstation hardware / software
- Provide System Support, System Testing, Troubleshooting, System integration and upgrading
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Providing technical support across the company (onsite or remote)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology (IT)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience using Window OS, Mac OS and Linux OS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
