Salary Range: $2k-$3k+AWS+VB


  • Provide response to end-User request, incidents or problems Via Phone / remote / email
  • Support end-User in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, Servers and network support
  • Investigate Problems in day-to-day operations
  • Work closely with relevant departments to eliminate errors.
  • Administrations of servers and Windows


  • Diploma in Information Technology
  • No experience is welcomed to apply
  • Technical Skills and experience in supporting computing devices
  • Familiar with Windows Operating Systems
