$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

Location: West
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues from internal and customers.
- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
- Responsible for PC’s, printers, servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.).
- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users.
- Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
- Liaise with external vendors regarding software and hardware maintenance services.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in hardware support for desktops/laptops/mobile devices/printers is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
