IT Service Delivery Manager ($5.5K – $7K + AWS + Bonus) ref: JT

• Salary Range: $5500 – $7000 + AWS + 17 months Bonus
• Location: East
• Permanent Role

• Leading a team of IT engineers to manage smooth delivery of IT Services in daily operations
• Responsible to schedule the maintenance of all systems
• Responsible to implement corporate IT infrastructure project and ensure the standards, budgets, timelines are achieved
• Responsible for new or/ and upgrade of IT services/projects including evaluation of potential solutions
• Maintenance contract renewal, user accounts, assets & licensing management
• Ensure compliance to information security audit requirements

• Degree in IT Related with minimum 5 years service delivery experience and strong governance knowledge 
• ITIL Certified is preferred
• Knowledge in IT Infrastructure, security management framework and other technical skills, (System, Network Administration etc)
