Responsibilities

Responsible to lead deployment and operational support of in house cyber security and implementing best practices
Maintain cyber security strategy and standards aligning with the technology objective
Perform rountine operational preventive maintenance tasks and security requirements for new initiatives for delivery of secure technology products.
Responsible for overall project plan completed within timeframe and budget
Develop security policy and procedures and reviewing Singapore guidelines for actions
Lead the development and delivery of cyber security expertise for specific domains and applications
Work with internal IT team and MINDEF to ensure IT and cyber security concerns are deal with promptly
Provide update to Management and internal staff on the best practices of the latest cyber security issues

Requirements

Degree in IT / Computer Science
PMP/ CISSP Certified is a plus
Min. 5 years of experience in managing Government Projects
Possess strong leadership and manpower deployment
