Location: Eunos / Ubi
- Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Manage the sales processes for the customer accounts including sales forecasting, customer service, tracking of overdue invoices, loan planning and monthly reporting.
- Sales strategy, business plan and budgeting of target customer groups
- Establishing & managing key customer relationships.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate customer accounts.
- Communicates with management on new business development ideas.
- Negotiation of Contract and Agreements.
- Provide the sales input to the product management and competitor & market analysis
- Effective interworking with external partners: supplier, contractors etc.
- Effective interworking with internal organizations: pre-sales, post-sales service, business operation etc.
- Attend marketing events (e.g. conferences or trade shows)
Requirement:
- 5years experience in Telecom or Data Network Industry.
- Experience in technical solutions
- Knowledge of Telecommunication or Data Networking
