Location: East
Responsibilities
- Initiate the project – check feasibility and work out budgets, teams, and resources
- Planning Management – this will include setting goals and objectives, defining roles, and producing schedules and timelines for tasks – in accordance with the needs of our client.
- Manage scope creep, track project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure action items are acted upon in a timely manner.
- Report and escalate to higher management as needed.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Provide thorough follow through and deliver customer satisfaction
- Client management – this include manage customers’ expectations, be responsive to customers’ requests, balance team workload & deliverables, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science or related
- 4 years in IT Management/Application Project Management
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodology
- Energetic, flexible and innovative
