IT PROJECT MANAGER ($5000-$6500/AWS/VB)ref: YL

$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability and reliability of production systems and a smooth operation under system monitoring to achieve sustainable banking operation, minimizing downtime, and promptly addressing issues that may impact.
• Lead and manage IT operation teams to build a culture of collaborative and excellent performance through effective guidance and training.
• Define and ensure the SLA of the Systems meeting the system categories of KPI.
• Ensure adequate governance (e.g., system and process controls) are in place to monitor and maintain compliance status and ensure the systems adhere to applicable standards, policies, procedure, and guidelines.
• Respond rapidly to incidents, identify the cause and issues to promptly initiate the incident management process.
• Investigate and resolve issues pertaining to Systems or corresponding IT infrastructure.
• Monitor and review the Obsolescence Management plan for all Systems to maintain adequate SLA.
• Strong ability in interpersonal communication and interaction with individuals and team members

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office, Jira, Navision is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
