Location: Paya Lebar
Responsibilities
- Work closely with venders on project related teams to ensure timely delivery of the contracted services
- To assist in coordination and logistics management of Staff security clearance matters, Client device delivery and acceptance and & OS upgrade scheduling
- Support Project Manager on administrative matters and track and compile project report regularly
- Ensure that the client devices’ inventory records are updated & accurate
- Monitor, track & review the Project migration output and key project progress milestone.
Requirements
- Min ‘O’ level with 2 years of project coordination experience
- Proficient in MS Words
- Detail orientated and meticulous
- No experience is welcomed to apply
