Responsibilities
- Ensure IT working environment; Implement IT policy and procedure; Provide IT help desk service and necessary training internally;
- Manage IT procurement including but not limited laptop/desktop/monitor/accessories/network device and software etc.
- Server Management: Install and support server hardware and OS. Manage Microsoft Active Directory. Setup and configure Antivirus server, File and Print infrastructure etc.
- Monitor, manage and improve WAN/LAN accessing and security;
- Implement IT security policies IT Vulnerability management and maintain Door Access system etc.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor or above in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Linux operating system and system optimization is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
