Responsibilities
• To provide onsite hardware service and support on desktops, laptops for corporate customers
• Provide update to customers on service appointment and service status till closure of the services incidents
• Ensure proper parts handling and movement within the team during transit to customers
• Responsible to resolve issues and troubleshooting which includes diagnosis of hardware and software failures or problems
• Handling, resolving and keeping track of assigned through ticketing system.
Requirements
- Min ‘O’ level with min 1 year IT onsite experience
- Good customer service and able to communicate in English
- Possess good time management and planning to ensure on time at sites
