IT OFFICER ($4000-$6000/AWS/VB)ref: ML

$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Deploy and setup IT infrastructure according to the project requirements by working closely with global and regional office and vessels.
• Provide IT and related services to office staffs and vessel crews, as well as prepare simple troubleshooting documentation for them.
• Ensure assigned project tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline.
• Handle and maintain IT assets such as laptops and desktops and printers.
• Assist with network connectivity issues by working closely with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolve any other technical issues that may arise in the office and on the vessels.
• Setup account, preparation of hardware and software for new hires.
• Handle and maintain Global IT infrastructure operations, cloud data centres, network, servers, storage, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in technology or computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and certification in Microsoft 365, ITIL and CCNA is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
