IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER ($4000-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: BT

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and administer network, OS, storage, and backup
• Collaborate system development tasks to include design, implementation, integration, and testing
• Provide on-call, require to hold standby handphone for support for systems on a rotating basis. Implement corrective procedures to resolve production problems and minimize unplanned system outages.
• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
• Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolutions
• Optimal system performance and system capacity planning (Capacity Management)
• Support internal and external audit
• Create & maintain technical document for Operations / Audit Best Practices, troubleshooting & related solutions knowledge base

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure such as OS, network, storage, and backup is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
