IT Helpdesk Engineers X 3 (Central / $2800) ref: JT

Location: Central
Office hours, 9am – 6pm
Salary range: $2,800
  • Responsible for general troubleshooting on IT issues (PC/ Laptop/ Printers/ AV projectors)
  • Level 1 support for Client applications
  • Handle incoming calls to resolve issues
  • ILogin Incident tickers for attended cases
  • Setting up user workstations & providing helpdesk support when required
  • Resolve basic IT issues such as Windows OS & other IT related issues
  • ITE / Diploma in IT
  • Min. 1 year experience in IT Support
  • No experience welcome to apply
  • Possess good communication and coordination skills
