Senior IT Engineer (Level 3) Salary: $3,500 – $4,800

Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting PC and Network related problems
- Ensure Backups are successful and properly done
- Provide Recommendations for Upgrades and Improvements
- Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams
- Provide new design of IT infrastructure to clients
- Develop IT security policies and procedures
- In charge for providing customer support to optimize customer satisfaction and meet SLAs
- Implementation and configuration of Network, Firewall, Servers and IT Security Solutions
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in BS Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Min 2 years experience in VMware, Lotus Domino, Basic understanding of Windows Server administration, AD and Group Policy Management will be an added advantage
- Well organized, proactive and self-directed, able to provide supervision to team members
