Responsibilities
- Responsible for the company’s IT operation and maintenance and service delivery, cooperate with the business team to implement the IT operation and maintenance service process;
- Responsible for desktop, network operation and maintenance services, application operation and maintenance support;
- Cooperate with the business team to complete the performance tuning and fault handling of the IT system, assist the deployment server, and provide necessary support and cooperation with the application deployment plan;
- Participate in the construction and management of the operation and maintenance monitoring platform, implement operation and maintenance related scripts, and implement various application monitoring, early warning, response, archiving and other requirements;
- Responsible for the implementation of various types of information infrastructure construction, including IT audits review.
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technologies or relevant Microsoft 365 Certification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft AD is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
