Responsibilities:
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 10 operating systems
- Provide basic troubleshooting for printers/server/VC hardware
- Deploy, setup and repair laptops, desktops or printers
- Provide L1 & L2 support.
- To follow up closely on outstanding cases.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE in computer studies or relevant.
- At least 1 year experience in IT Support
- Proficient in Windows 10 systems
- Willing to travel island wide
