5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Working with customers to identify problems and advising on the solution
- Provide subsequent operation and maintenance support
- Program fixes and code changes
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
- Analysing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
- Work closely with Management to understand new and existing projects
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry in an application support and development environment.
- Programming skills in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JSP, JAVA, Unix shell script and JQuery for first level bug fixing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
