Responsibilities
- Support rollout activities related to implementation of Demand Forecast Planning Solutions for Sales.
- Drive implementation of System Enhancements & Change Requests.
- Engage biz users to understand requirements and ensure Solution meets biz needs.
- Work with stakeholders to design, test and implement Solutions and Change Requests.
- Support existing Biz applications (Investigate & resolve issues, Program bug fixes)
- Work closely with Technical members as well as Biz. Partners/Vendors for the above activities.
- Needs technical background, know-how & experience to understand system design and data structure to support in issue checking and periodic data patching activities.
- Providing technical support across the company
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in complex SQL queries / Oracle PL-SQL is a plus.
- Understand IT processes and able to support IT team in executing various projects.
