IT CONSULTANT (SFDC AMS Support Lead) ($6000-$8000/AWS/VB)ref: SH

$8K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the AMS SFDC Support Team: Take ownership of the team responsible for daily operational support, including handling support tickets, resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and addressing problem tickets.
  • Incident Resolution and Change Management: Respond to inquiries, provide solutions, and manage the timely resolution of incident tickets and Change Requests assigned to the AMS Team.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Permanents Fixes: Conduct thorough root cause analysis, implement effective countermeasures, workarounds, and ensure permanent fixes for recurring IT issues.
  • Business Support and Training: Collaborate with the business and local IT to educate and train them, aiming to reduce Business Recurring Issues related to the SFDC application.
  • SLA Compliance: Monitor support tickets daily and ensure adherence to SLAs by the team for prioritizing and delivering solutions promptly.
  • Standard Processes and Procedures: Ensure the AMS Team follows established standard processes and procedures for effective and consistent support delivery.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Engage in regular meetings with the business to understand their challenges, propose improvements, and collaborate with the solution team for customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Audit: Abide by IT Policy, ISM Policy, and maintain compliance with SOX Audit requirements.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of SOX Audit compliance and experience in maintaining compliance records is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
