IT Cloud Infrastructure Engineer ($4K-$5K / AWS / VB) RC

Salary Range:  $4K – $5K

• Responsible for Project Support for installation, configuration and upgrade of any related IT infrastructure during project implementation for server, network, storage and cloud solution
• To confirm on project requirements and comply on project for technical specifications and assist in managing project schedule, project risk and issue
• Assist in process improvement and compliance strategies ensuring projects status are updated regularly with tracking Change Request
• Perform User Acceptance Test, project documentation and document sign-off and conducting site survey
• Ensure a proper project documentation and handover process smoothly to Operations
• Responsible for operation support of Microsoft and other public and private Cloud technologies
• Manage assigned tickets to ensure SLA compliance and provide root-cause analysis, provide recommendations for continuous improvements to workflow, process, and technology
• Required to be on rotational standby support duties, and support 24/7 during standby duties

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Computer/Information Science or equivalent
• ITIL v3 / v4 foundation certification is an added advantage
• Min 2-5 years Systems Administration experience supporting enterprise datacentre and/ or cloud solutions
• Experience with handling Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience deploying High Availability solutions on operating systems and database
• Experience in full project involvement and timeline management
