IT Client Servicing Executive (5 days/ Central) ref:JT

Location: Central

5 working days, Mon – Fri / 9am – 6pm

Salary range : Basic  + Incentive

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to follow up closely with existing clients for orders with service calls and emailing
  • Provide clerical support for quotations, sales orders etc.
  • Handle coordination arrangement between customers and vendors
  • Handle maintenance of database on the platform and marketing campaigns
  • Update in house database system and sales forecast
  • Identify sales opportunities / potential clients by researching industrial trends
  • Compile sales information to analyse statistics and market trend
  • Coordinate with finance team and supply chain  to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers

Requirements

  • Min diploma holder in any disciplines
  • No experience is required
  • Min 1 year working experience in account servicing / Sales Admin/ Customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels
