IT Business Development Executive ($3.5K – $4.5K / AWS / VB / 2-3 Mths VB) RC

Salary Range $3.5K – $4.5K

Location:  East

o Prepare quotations, cost sheets and PRs and ensure POs are raised and sent to vendors
o Prepare delivery orders and arrange delivery with vendors and customers
o Prepare monthly / quarterly reports and billing reports
o Send monthly billing reports to customers and work with customers to ensure billing
reports are accurate before informing accounts to process the invoices
o Follow up with customers on quotations, POs and payments
o Enter data into Enterprise System
o Handle technical and RMA requests
o Ensure accuracy and accountability for all the above

Requirements:

IT to be able to use Enterprise Systems / CRM / ERP to fulfil
job requirements.
Plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines
independently.
Detail oriented to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
