Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Providing presale support partnering Business Development team
• Project Management ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers
• Providing professional business analysis in IT system solutioning
• Lead and support Regional initiatives to ensure a deep understanding of information associated with assigned clients, including SOPs and SLAs.
• Working closely with regional teams from implementation to deployment phases to ensure timely and successful implementations that meet budgets and quality standards
• Liaise with, develop and share best practices amongst internal global and regional teams
• To provide training or guidance to AP countries on systems and process deployments to operational users for WMS and Technical Services applications on Service Logistics activities
• Be the reviewers for regional SOWs and country CWIs, closing gaps and ensure constant alignment between systems and operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in .NET platform (ASPX & C#) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
