IT Analyst ( $6500-$7500/AWS/VB )ref: TJ

$7500+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Oversees Systems monitoring, technical support for hardware and software, and IT administration
• Compliance with IT policies and best practices including Call logging, incident management, service request fulfillment, change and release management
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for IT Support (Microsoft technologies, networking, IT/OT integration)
• Continue improving infrastructure services and performance and driving for productivity
• Delivery of IT training programs for stakeholders and users
• Ensure that IT projects are delivered on-time, in accordance with scope and budget
• Determine business and technical requirements and define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and compliance
• Develop detailed project plan and manage changes to the scope, schedule, resourcing, and costs

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ experience with proven track record handling IT infrastructure projects and supporting IT operations
• Self-motivated, proactive and possess good work attitude
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and well organized with ability to multitask and manage conflicting/changing priorities
