5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Plan the yearly budget and manage spending within the allocated budget
- Manage a team of associates in daily operation
- Manage spares inventory parts to ensure availability to support site operation
- To perform scheduled inventory counts and reporting
- To be compliance with site requirements for quality and safety
- To work on continuous improvement initiatives for cost improvement, space management/optimization, process flow and exploring new technologies, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Independent worker and a team player
- Allocation of tasks and assignments
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Words, Powerpoint
