INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE ($1800-$2800/AWS/VB )ref: MT

$2800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• The person is responsible for communicating with the customers on their solution needs and after-sales needs.
• The job will require providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast, and sales presentation.
• Generate and review machine sales quotations, order processing and invoicing.
• Review customer sales orders, proposals, purchase orders, and related information.
• Preparation of documents for sales operations, customer-related reports to management, sales and customers as required.
• Generate price list for sales team, based on information from principals. Monitor & update sales team with relevant information from principals.
• Effectively engage with external customers, suppliers, financiers and internal colleagues including shipping, finance, technical, service, sales and marketing, as required.
• Provide admin support where necessary. e.g. filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.

Requirements

• At least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
• 2 years of relevant working experience in a precision/manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
