Responsibilities
- Provide quotes for new cars, renewal/non-franchise, commercial vehicles & motorcycles
- Issue renewals and cover notes for registration/delivery of vehicles
- Updating of Sales for transactions and follow up on No Claim Discount (NCD) issues
- Perform daily tallying of credit card transactions and follow up on payment failures
- Handle enquiries from customers
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ level with at least 2 years of working experience in motor insurance
- Certificate in General Insurance is a plus
- Meticulous and ability in work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office
