Responsibilities
- To install, administer and configure infrastructure system and application (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing , audio system, telephony, server storage, backup etc), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices
- To ensure systems are backup automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources usage closely
- To liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met
- To draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides
- To provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches’ users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology OR/AND Certification in CCNA
- Proficient in enterprise networking including implementing and supporting WAN, LAN, VPN optimization
- Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall
- Familiar with Device like Fortigate, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
- Experienced in VM Ware. Those with UNIX and/or Linux knowledge is an added advantage
