Responsibilities
- Work in high impact projects, prioritizes and assigns tasks to ensure that team’s resource are used effectively and infrastructure projects are implemented in accordance with plans and budgets.
- Analyzes, monitors network performance and resolution of technical problems.
- Oversee the technical analysis of complex software, hardware and infrastructure equipment for integrated infrastructure operations
- Involve in identification and resolution of highly complex network issues that may require establishment of new techniques, tools and processes.
- Review documentation and improve processes administration, installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Organise system activities including planned maintenance events, system backup processes and disaster recovery drills
- Participate in initiatives to improve the infrastructure systems and service delivery through automation and virtualisation technologies
- Proactively analyze internal/external business challenges/regulatory issues and recommends improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in IT-related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in implementing and administrating network routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP & network Security, IPv6 is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
