Responsibilities
- Responsible to deploy, configure and maintain virtualized infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V), including storage systems
- To create documentation and perform root cause analysis and recommend possible solutions
- To troubleshoot network, hardware, and software related issues and as a primary support and maintenance resource for clients
- Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation/reporting to ensure efficient planning and implementation
- Liaises with stakeholders for problem resolution and supporting special projects, as required
- To ensure Quality Escalation Management and Account Management Review
- Present and promote solutions and services to highlight value add and involved in requirements gathering
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in IT related
- Min 2 year’s experience in virtualization technology
- Knowledge of server systems, storage systems, virtualization technologies and networking
- Knowledge of datacenter route/switch technology, backup/recovery in a virtual environment
- Understanding of active directory architecture, DNS administration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong coordination and project skills
