Location: Sembawang
Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment and selection processes, reviewing applications
- Managing manpower request from departments
- Work Pass applications, Salary Review, Leave Matters, Employment Practices and Learning & Development
- Developing and managing HR policy
- Provide professional advice to management for HR related topics
- Reviewing manpower requisitions
- Ensure that performance reviews are done regularly by the reporting officers
- Counselling staff; Conducting investigations
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate -Diploma / Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): team player, interpersonal skill, knowledgeable in employment act and labor legislation
- Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
