Location: West
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee payroll, on boarding and off boarding procedures, performance management, employee relations and communications, etc.
- Improve and implement HR policies and intiatives and pariticipate in HR projects to improve department’s productivity and efficiency
- Handle accommodation arrangement for foreign senior staff
- Work closely with HODs and external parties on HR matters
- Responsible for the application and on-time renewal of work passes for new/existing foreign employees
- Liaise with MOM and ICA with regards to work pass and immigration matters
- Assist in onboarding process and participate in HR programmes and initiatives for recruitment, employee engagement, training, etc
- Undertake ad hoc tasks being assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines
- Min 2 years relevant working experiences
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and people engagement skills
