$3700 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Review applications/resumes, interview job applicants and evaluate applicants’ skills for suitability
- Conduct orientation program for new employees
- Conduct review and make improvements for effective program for new hires
- Facilitate talent development by coordinating/facilitating training courses
- Develop training roadmap for different spectrum of jobs in the company and for employee development
- Establish and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant to labour statutes
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
- Coordinate the resolution of specify policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
