$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees
- Handling administration of all contract labour.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR documents as per the requirement from management
- Handling all employee enquiries
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance
- Handling insurance-related issues
- Arrange training for new or existing employees
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
