Responsibilities
- Assist to recruit insurance agents, interns and expanding the sales team
- Posting of job requirements
- Screening of resumes for respective positions
- Schedule interviews and interview candidates
- Select suitable candidates
- Assist in administrative matters
- Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Maintain and update personnel file
Requirements
- Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Human Resource Management, Business / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
