Responsibilities
- Assist & support the HR Managers on the full-spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement pgms)
- Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications
- Preparation of Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence
- Laising with dormitory, vendors and related parties and internal customer
- Manage the medical claim records and others that are relevant
- Verification of OT and allowances for payroll processing
- Handle the recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding process
- Maintain & update the HR system
Requirements
- Diploma or other related qualifications/certificates
- 2 years of relevant HR and Administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team member.
