• Handle full spectrum of HR
• Handle payroll processes
• Manage full recruitment cycle including drafting of JD and sourcing of candidates and interview arrangement
• Involved in implementation of HR policies and strategies
• Responsible for daily admin of compensation & benefits system
• Review and co-ordinate the annual performance and salary review exercise
• Manage employee communications and address staff issues

• Degree in HRM
• With 5 years’ experience in the full spectrum of HR activities
• Proficient in HR
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi tasking
• Meticulous and organized
