Location: East

Transportation provided or state the nearest mrt stations

• Conduct full spectrum of HR ie. payroll, screening and recruitment of managerial & non-managerial staff, administration of staff welfare and recreation benefits.
• Arrangement of interviewing of candidates and general administration tasks such as updating records and coordination of training programs.
• Applications for Work Passes for foreign staff.
• Updating of the Approved Vendor List in accordance with purchasing procedures.
• Handling & meeting ISO 9001 QMS requirements

Requirements

• Min. diploma in HR
• Min 3 years experience in human resource management with hands-on in recruitment
• Experience with Timesoft Payroll System is a plus
• Possess strong communication skills
