- Handle Career development and Learning & Development
- Leading onboarding program and implementation of Talent Management strategies and succession planning
- Coordinate with instituions on internship and traineeship training attachment pipeline planning
- Conduct surveys and regular employee engagement and communicate with Management in people development
- Conduct in house trainings and admin dutes
Responsibilities:
- Degree in HRM
- MUST possess Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
- With 2 – 3 years’ experience in the L&D and conducting training
- 5 days work week
- Location: Central
- Salary : $4K + AWS + VB
