HR Executive (Learning & Development/ $4K/ SGX Listed) ref:JT

  • Handle Career development and Learning & Development
  • Leading onboarding program and implementation of Talent Management strategies and succession planning
  • Coordinate with instituions on internship and traineeship training attachment pipeline planning
  • Conduct surveys and regular employee engagement and communicate with Management in people development
  • Conduct in house trainings and admin dutes
  • Degree in HRM
  • MUST possess Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) 
  • With 2 – 3 years’ experience in the L&D and conducting training
  • 5 days work week
  • Location:  Central
  • Salary : $4K + AWS + VB
