Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR requirement, including payroll, leave management, new employee orientation, on-boarding & off-boarding, addressing employee queries, strategic initiatives and Office administrative Matters.
- Ensure legal compliance and keep updated with government’s rules and regulations
- To enhance, develop and recommend HR practices/procedures to ensure competitiveness and alignment.
- Assist in the renewals, proposals and claims for company insurance and office license.
- Identify and approach active and passive candidates through internal and external channels to fill positions in a timely manner
- Build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines
- Definition and updating of key profiles to manage future demand
- Assessment and selection of candidates: Conduct selection interviews
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
