Salary range: $4000- $5000
- Handle full cycle of recruitment activities and process
- Process monthly payroll and prepare payroll reports timely and accurately
- Handle on-boarding of new employees and prepare employment letters
- Take charge of MOM work pass application, renewal and cancellation
- Process tax clearance ie. IR21,NS Claims, Childcare and maternity claims etc
- Administer staff insurance and claims
- Organise company events
- Min. diploma in HR Management
- Min 2 years relevant HR experience with payroll experience
- Well versed in Employment Act
- Knowledge on Times Software system is a plus
