Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle recruitment activities
- Work with Corporate and regional site HR on the reports, annual performance review, budget, HRIS, and any other HR related issues.
- Handle preboarding, onboarding and offboarding processes including relevant work pass/ permit application
- Prepare employment contracts and letters as requested (i.e.: confirmation letter, acceptance of resignation letter, salary adjustment letter)
- Participate in preparation of the data and reports for annual performance review, annual budget and any other HR projects and initiatives to analyse and compile the data worksheets provided by the plants/sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in HR
- Min 3 years experience in recruitment and full spectrum of preboarding/onboarding process
- Analytical, meticulous with strong knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
