$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing
- HR administration such as system input, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
- Handle all work passes and work permit application/renewal/cancellation including MYE matters, dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Core-trade, levy waiver, medical check-up for new hire and monthly renewal workers
- Administration of employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others
- Attendance checking and overtime processing
- Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
