HR EXECUTIVE ($3500-$4500/AWS/VB )ref: MT

$4500+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Manage, handle and update employee’s records through system
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
• Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
• Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
• Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
• Provide HR Solutions
• General Office Administrations and Management (eg. requisitions of office/pantry supplies, servicing of office equipment).
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Administrative/ Business Study
• Minimum 1-year working experience in Human Resources or similar role
• No experience is welcomed to apply
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
