HR Executive ($2400-$3500/AWS/VB )ref: AK

$3500+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  East

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain personnel records of employee in the server and on Infotech
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or annual leave) in the excel and Infotech
• Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation for Foreign Workers
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and salary payment)
• Handle Leave, Medical Records, Work Injury Records, Training Records
• Verifying in monthly times attendance

Requirements

• Possess ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to multitask
• Ability to speak Tamil will be a plus as foreign workers are mostly from India
• Good communication skills and positive mindset
