Responsibilities
- Process end to end payroll processing
- End to end recruitment matters
- End to end billing administration including accounts receivable
- Ensure payroll and billing accuracy
- Manage staff leave and benefits including application for Government Paid Leaves & NS
- Monitoring of contractors’ timecards (IQNavigator)
- Monitoring of contract renewal and preparing of employment contracts
- Ensure local statutory, tax clearance, IRAS, policy and internal compliance are fulfilled
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in the related field
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Payroll Processes.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
