Responsibilities
- Filing and archiving of documents for HR department
- Assist in all recruitment matters such as coordinating and conducting interviews for retail
staff - Preparation of HR related letters such as Letter of Appointment, Employment Certification etc.
- Creation of new staff’s P-Files and keeping track of staff confirmation
- Calculation of annual leave and other benefit entitlement and annual leave records
- Coordination of retail staff’s training schedules
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management,Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Min 1 year in HR
- No experience are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and Communications skills
