Responsibilities
- Assist in all recruitment matters such as coordinating and interviews arrangement
- HR administrative work related to the screening of the candidate’s CV
- Posting job vacancies posts on social media platforms as part of marketing activities
- Preparation of HR related letters such as Letter of Appointment and Contract Agreement
- Coordinate Clients’ service contract for renewal and issue new contract
- To manage client’s orders and provides HR consultancy for candidates and clients
- Monthly order reports and order invoicing
Requirements
- Min. O level / Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
- Min 1 year in HR / Customer service / Admin is a plus
- No experience are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and Communications skills
